More regs can still leave your channel short on FTDs
A busy registration row can still lead to a weak test. Start with the first deposits, then ask the agency what the result means for your channel.
Read articleYour channel link starts the conversation. Audience geo, real activity and past first deposits help the agency find a casino brand that fits.
Bring the agency your channel link, audience geo, recent activity and any past regs and FTDs you can show. That gives the agency a starting point. You can collect it in an evening from your own stats and old reports. It doesn’t have to become a sales deck. Leave the gaps visible. A streamer or channel owner with clear numbers gives the agency something it can use when looking for a casino brand.
Open your channel and copy the link. Check it opens the right account. Add the platform and your current follower or subscriber total, with the day you checked it. This is the front of the sheet. It lets the agency see where your audience is before it gets into the figures.
If you run several channels, give each its own row. Keep a Telegram channel separate from your streaming account. The same people may follow both, so a combined follower total can make your audience look bigger than it is. You can show both accounts with the overlap left unknown.
Then open the stats you can access now. Keep the names the platform uses for followers, reached accounts and views. You can shorten the wording later, but first make sure you understand what each number counts. If a panel covers viewers, calling it “followers” changes the story before you have even done a calculation.
The channel link, platform and current subscriber total belong in the opening row. The geo and activity rows underneath explain who is still there.
A Portuguese-speaking channel does not tell the agency how much of its audience is in Portugal. Use the country figures in your stats. The geo page shows where InfluEdge works. Show the part of your audience you can actually measure in those geos, even if it is smaller than you hoped.
Read the heading above the percentages. Does it say followers, viewers or reached accounts? Keep that wording on your sheet. If the panel covers a recent period, include those dates. A country breakdown from current viewers describes that group. Send it with that heading so the agency can read it alongside your subscriber total.
Send the platform’s breakdown and explain the gap. In the example, you could write: “Portugal: half of all followers. Some followers have no country shown.” Keep the original panel available if the agency asks how you reached that figure.
Resist the temptation to give every follower a country. A language, a comment or a familiar username cannot fill in missing location data. Nor should you take a share from your viewer stats and multiply it by a subscriber total from another panel. Send each figure for the group it actually describes.
A plain geo row works: country, share, who was counted and the dates covered. “Mostly local” leaves the agency guessing.
Now look at activity. For a channel owner, this is the difference between the audience accumulated over time and the audience you can reach now. Start with whatever your platform counts as unique active accounts or unique viewers. Keep the period beside it so the agency can read the result with the dates already there.
If views are all you have, send views. If you have a count of people who interacted, send that too. Someone can watch again or leave several reactions, so keep those actions under the platform’s own heading.
When a creator sends us a large subscriber total, the first question is where the active audience is. A channel may have a long history, while the people watching now differ from those who joined years ago. That is why the recent activity row belongs beside the total.
A standout period deserves a note. If it was unusually busy, say so and show a normal recent period alongside it when you have one. Choosing only the best-looking panel makes the sheet harder to use for a test. Choosing a recent period and telling the agency what was unusual gives it a fairer starting point.
Your recent activity figures describe the audience the agency can consider for a test. For the step from audience to players, see reach and deposits. On this sheet, use the activity figure you can open in your own account and show.
Look through the reports you received from earlier tests. Find the rows for your traffic, with their geo and dates. Regs show registrations, and FTDs show how many players reached a first deposit. Bring both if you have them. A message saying the test went well is harder for the next agency to use than a report with those figures visible.
If the old report shows only regs, say exactly that. You have a registration result to share, and no confirmed FTD figure. Don’t fill that gap with a guess based on clicks, views or chat. It is also fine to have no previous test. An application can start with the audience you have today.
If you’re unsure which regs the FTDs belong to, ask the old agency before adding a percentage. Reading your own report gives you the questions to ask. Keep its answer with the figures you collect.
Keep a weaker past test on the sheet as well. Add a short note if the agency gave you a clear explanation, such as a problem with the link, and keep the original wording. If nobody explained it, leave the cause open. “The audience didn’t like the brand” is a story you can’t prove from a low FTD total alone.
Share your own totals, with the headings and dates still visible. Leave player names, account details and other creators’ rows out. If you’re unsure whether you can share an old report, ask the agency for a short version. Your channel’s rows are enough for that conversation.
Repeat-deposit figures are optional background if the old agency supplied them and you can share them. Leave them out if you don’t have them. Your past regs and FTDs already give the next conversation a concrete starting point.
The work is mostly gathering. Open the channel, copy the current stats, then find the old reports. Do it in that order so you do not accidentally use a past audience figure to describe the account today. The sheet can be short. The original panels and reports do the supporting work.
Read it once before sending. Could someone tell which channel each row belongs to? Are the geo figures about followers or viewers? Does the activity row say what the platform counted? If you calculated a reg-to-FTD rate, can the old agency confirm that those FTDs came from the regs beside them? Correct those points while the source is still open.
Describe uncertain details in plain English. Say whether you have regs with no FTD total, or a geo panel that covers viewers rather than followers. That tells the agency what is missing and what it can follow up on.
InfluEdge reviews creator applications by platform, audience geo and channel link. Send those through the creator page, with your supporting numbers ready for the conversation. The agency matches creators with casino brands for their audience geo. If there is no suitable brand now, it says so and returns when one is available.
The sheet should leave you able to answer a simple question about any number: “Where did you get that?” If you can open the panel or report and point to it, the number belongs. If it came from memory or a hopeful estimate, it needs another look before you send it.
Send the country breakdown from your channel’s stats as well. Language alone doesn’t show where people live. Say whether the breakdown covers followers, viewers or another group.
Yes. InfluEdge reviews applications by platform, audience geo and channel link. Say that you have no past FTD figures to share and send the audience numbers you do have.
Only if your stats actually count all of them as active in the period you show. Otherwise send the follower total and the available activity figure separately. A big views total does not fill that gap.
Send your own totals and the dates they cover, if you can share them. Leave player details and other creators’ figures out. If the old agency has not cleared the report for sharing, ask for a short version you can send.
